HIGH SCHOOL • COLLEGE BOUND ELITE TRAVEL BASEBALL
The Lighting Organization is an Non-for-Profit 501c3 organization comprised of Lake County Lightning Baseball (8u-14u), Illinois Lightning Baseball (15u-18u), and Illinois Lightning Softball (11u-18u). Since our humble beginnings, the Lightning organization has become northern Illinois’s premier baseball travel organization.
From initially fielding three teams in 2003, the organization has grown to over 500 players across more than 35 teams organization-wide. These teams compete in national, state, and local tournaments and levels, allowing our players to showcase their skills and compete at the highest level.
